Tryout Information Packet & Application Form
Completed Packet Submission Deadline - April 18, 2017
All tryout candidates must thoroughly review the information contained in the 2016- 2017 Tryout Packet. There is a short information meeting April 4th 6:00 pm located at TWHS Senior Campus Cafeteria. Try out packets available during meeting or download from link below.
Each tryout candidate must submit a completed Highstepper Application and Parent/Guardian Authorization Form no later than Friday, April 19, 2016. Completed documentes must be turned in at the front office of The Woodlands High School Senior Campus and clearly labelled to the attention of Deanna Smith, Director.

Mandatory Tryout Clinic
Commences Friday, April 22, 2017
All tryout candidates must participate in the mandatory tryout clinic as follows:

New Candidates (Incoming 9th Graders) : Friday, April 21, & April 24-26 2017 7:00 AM to 8:25 AM (McCullough)

New Candidates (10th-12th) : Friday, April 21, 2917 3:00 PM to 4:25 PM (Sr Campus)

Current Highsteppers & New Candidates (10th-12th): April 24-26, 2017 3:00 PM to 4:25 PM (Sr Campus)

All Candidates and Current Highsteppers: April 27th 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM (Sr Campus)

All Candidates and Current Highsteppers: April 28th 4:15 PM to Completion MANDATORY MOCK TRYOUTS

​All tryout candidates are responsible for providing their own transportation to/from the mandatory tryout clinic. No CISD bus service will be available for the clinic.
Information about recommended attire for the tryout clinic and the day of tryouts is contained in the Tryout Information Packet.
2017 - 2018 Highstepper Tryouts
Saturday, April 29th, 2017 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
Tryouts for the 2017 - 2018 Highsteppers will be held at The Woodlands High School Senior Campus on Saturday, April 29th, 2017. Tryouts will begin at 7:30 am and will last until approximately 1:00 pm, or until all final call backs are completed.
